What does it need from my Google account?
Permission to manage your Business Profile, so it can read reviews and publish the replies you approve, plus your email address to send the morning digest.
Will the replies sound like us?
Drafts follow the tone, greetings and sign-offs of the replies you’ve already written for each location. You can edit any draft before it goes out.
